  • Level Method Fitness (LMF) provides individualized exercise prescription programs tailored to your current physical abilities and personal goals. Our core belief is that exercise is medicine, and we design programs using it as a therapeutic tool.

    The LMF methodology ensures that every exercise plan is safe, progressive, and effective, aiming to improve your aerobic capacityfunctional strength, and mobility over time. Grounded in exercise science and physiology, each plan is crafted to help manage chronic conditions and support long-term health improvements through strategic physical activity.

  • Not at all. In fact, research confirms that structured aerobic and strength training becomes even more important as we age.

    With Level Method Fitness, all exercise prescriptions are customized to your age, ability level, and health history. Adaptation and intensity are always relative—meaning your program will be challenging, but appropriate, for you. We meet you where you are and progress at a safe, sustainable pace.

  • Your customized program will be delivered through our free, user-friendly exercise tracking app. Each workout includes:

    • Step-by-step instructions

    • High-quality video demonstrations

    • Detailed notes on technique, sets, reps, tempo, and more

    This ensures you have everything you need to train confidently and safely—whether at home or in a gym.

  • Yes, although many exercises can be done with just your body weight, having access to basic equipment allows for greater variety and progression.

    We recommend equipment commonly found in commercial gyms or home gyms, such as:

    • Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls

    • Resistance machines, TRX suspension trainers

    • Treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bikes

    • Benches, plyometric boxes, and mats

    During your initial consult, we’ll identify what equipment you have access to and customize your program around that—whether at home, a local gym, or both.

  • You’ll begin with either a video or in-person intake session to discuss your goals, health history, equipment access, and other key details.

    After that, we offer:

    • One free 30-minute consult per month to adjust or fine-tune your program

    • Unlimited in-app messaging, available 24/7, to connect with your coach whenever questions come up

    We’re committed to keeping you supported and informed throughout your journey.

  • Yes! Our premium personal training packages provide the same tailored exercise prescriptions over a 3-month period, but with additional personal support.

    Each package includes:

    • In-person consult

    • Two 1-hour, at-home fitness assessments (aerobic + functional movement)

    • One 1-on-1 personal training session each month

    • A 30-minute monthly video consult

    We limit these packages to 10 clients at a time to ensure maximum quality and personalized attention.

  • Because real change takes time. It takes at least 3 months of consistent, appropriately dosed training to see meaningful physiological adaptations and to begin building lasting habits.

    We’re not here to offer quick fixes. Our mission is to support your long-term health, wellness, and success through sustainable, evidence-based programming.
