28 Days To Jump Start Healthier Habits!

This is not a group challenge! This is a YOU challenge! For the next 5 weeks - I am your personal coach!

Are you ready? I'm so excited to be part of your journey and rest assured I will be with you every step of the way- in fact, I'll be doing the challenge right along beside you! You are going to be amazed at how much you can accomplish in just one month. We will focus on one healthy habit each week and build on those throughout the four weeks! Recipe ideas, Daily Tracking, 24/7 Messaging With Me ~ and it's all thru my exclusive app! Come on- Let's Do This!

WEEK ONE: Drink Only Zero Calorie Beverages

WEEK TWO: Daily Green Smoothie or 1 cup Raw Veggies -lunch & dinner

WEEK THREE: Swap The White Stuff

WEEK FOUR: Ditch The Dairy

This will be a Task Oriented Challenge. Each Day you will mark off the task assigned to you. Your Habit(s) Tracking for the day and drinking 60-80oz of water. I've activated the Food Journal feature for this challenge too which means if you want to add everything you eat to help you stay on track you will have that as an option!

As a BONUS - I've included 4 daily movement options to encourage you to get up and get moving which will have an even greater impact on your success these next 28 days. Choose from a daily squat challenge, daily push up challenge, 7000 steps, and/or a 20 minute Yoga Stretch and Release challenge. You can do them all or pick and choose. It's totally optional - but I really hope you'll take advantage of the BONUS! I've included videos and movement options so no matter where you are on your fitness journey - there is something for you and you can always message me if you need fitness advice- I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE MOVE BETTER!
