Change your mind and change your life when you engage a positive mindset to create a healthy gut! A healthy gut is crucial to our overall health and wellness, and a positive mindset can have a huge impact on how the gut heals itself and continues to impact your body!

 

Gut health is all about keeping the good and bad bacteria within your gut in balance. Bad bacteria can invade the gut and overtake the good bacteria that are designed to exist within the space. When this becomes out of balance, your whole life can tip toward being unhealthy.

 

Factors that can affect our gut health:

  1. Food

  2. Exercise

  3. Mindset

 

The good news is you have control over all three of these things and can begin to make lasting changes to your gut health by taking a hard look at your daily habits, and making small adjustments that will have a huge impact on your health. I know it can be extremely overwhelming when you are first starting out. It is hard to know where to even start, and I get it! The important thing to remember is change takes time, so be patient with yourself and the process.
